Acclaim runs Learniq360 and this website. This notice explains what we collect through the website, why, and for how long.
Demo sign-up
When you ask for a demo, Acclaim collects your name, work email address and company, whether you agree to be contacted, and when you signed up and confirmed your address. We use them to create your demo, to email you about it, and — only if you agreed — to contact you about it. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your request; your agreement to be contacted is optional.
Your demo organization and everything in it are permanently deleted after the demo ends: 14 days after it is ready, unless we agree to extend it, and at most 7 days later. Deleted data leaves our backups within 35 days.
We keep the record of your sign-up for 12 months after your last activity (signing up, confirming, the end of your demo), then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Contact us
If you send a message from the Contact us page, we keep your name, email address, company, phone number, topic and message, and whether you agree to be contacted, to answer it. We delete them 12 months after the message arrived; you can ask us to delete them sooner.
Website analytics
The website, the demo sign-up and the Contact us page are recorded with Microsoft Clarity to see how the pages are used. What you type into a form is masked and never recorded. The demo confirmation pages are not recorded.
